Welcome to FurWear LLC (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “the Company”). The following are the terms and information about our shipping services. By using this website and completing your order, you agree to these shipping terms.

1. Shipping Services
   FurWear LLC provides domestic and international shipping services to ensure that your pet clothing is delivered in a timely manner.
2. Domestic Shipping in the United States
   ●Shipping Time: All domestic orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after confirmation. Shipping time is usually 3-7 business days, depending on the destination and the selected shipping method.
   ●Courier: We work with the following couriers to ensure quality shipping services:
   ○ United Parcel Service (UPS)
   ○ United States Postal Service (USPS)
   ○ Federal Express (FedEx)
   Depending on your order and the shipping method you choose, you will receive shipping services from different couriers.
3. International Shipping
   ●Shipping Time: The processing time for international orders is the same as domestic orders, generally 1-3 business days. Shipping time varies depending on the destination and is typically 10-16 business days. Please note that customs processing times in some countries may cause delays.
   ● Available Countries: We currently offer international shipping services to multiple countries and regions. The specific list of available countries can be found at checkout.
   ● International Shipping and Duties: International shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout. Please note that your country may impose customs duties, VAT, or other fees on imported goods. You are responsible for these additional costs. FurWear LLC does not cover import duties and related fees.
4. Order Tracking
   After your order is shipped, we will email you an update with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your order on the corresponding courier’s website.
5. Force Majeure Clause
   In the event of force majeure (such as natural disasters, wars, strikes, public health crises, etc.), FurWear LLC is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by delays or non-performance of shipping terms.
